Established since 2003, Mission of Hope (MoH) is a not-for-profit, community organisation with a focus on health and community development.

Mission of Hope was founded to establish a culturally, religiously and trauma informed service to the Muslim and other Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in Sydney. 

Services include mental health recovery program, drugs and alcohol intervention, support for victims of crime & and creative community-based projects.

Mission of Hope marks its 20th year of operation since its establishment in 2003. 

Founded by Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, Hanan Dover, Mission of Hope has been working over the years to create various community-based support programs to service the Muslim and Culturally Diverse Communities in Sydney. 

Mission of Hope has been targeting the key areas of Holistic health and wellbeing, community development, and crisis support and  management services

Mission of Hope has worked in collaboration with various government and non-government organisations over the years to help facilitate, engage and support the diverse community. 

At the heart of Mission of Hope is its commitment to awareness, education and change around issues and services that are limited in accessibility to the diverse community. 

As a leading health and well-being service provider within culturally diverse  communities, Mission of Hope continues to provide such awareness and education programs to help facilitate change, Transformation and Healing.

Hayat House – Counselling & Outreach

Hayat House was established in 2003 as a drug and alcohol service aiming at offering services to the, but not limited, to the wider Muslim community. 

Hayat Line – Telephone Crisis Service

Hayat Line is a free and confidential crisis support line for Muslims in Australia aimed at helping those who are experiencing a personal crisis and distress.

Australian Muslim Mental Health Conference

Mission of Hope hosted a two-day conference focussing on the application of evidence-based therapies for Mental Health issues for Australian Muslims. 

Australian Muslim Achievement Awards

The AMAAs aim to raise the profile of Australian Muslim individuals and organisations, promoting their  contributions to society.
