Hayat House – Counselling & Outreach

Hayat House was established in 2003 as a drug and alcohol service aiming at offering services to the, but not limited, to the wider Muslim community. 

Hayat Line – Telephone Crisis Service

Hayat Line is a free and confidential crisi support line and case management service designed for those from Muslims or culturally diverse and communities in Australia who are experiencing personal distress. This may also involve case management for victims of domestic violence of sexual abuse.

Australian Muslim Mental Health Conference

Mission of Hope hosted a two-day conference focussing on the application of evidence-based therapies for Mental Health issues for Australian Muslims and culturally diverse communities in Australia.

Australian Muslim Achievement Awards

The AMAAs aim to raise the profile of Australian Muslim individuals and organisations, promoting their  contributions to society, and includes a category for non-muslims and the broader community to acknowledge the rich cross community collaborations and partnerships.

Our Mission

Mission of Hope was founded to establish a culturally, religiously and trauma informed service to the Muslim and other Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in Sydney. Services include mental health recovery program, drugs and alcohol intervention, support for victims of crime and creative community-based projects.
