Hayat House – Counselling & Outreach

Hayat House was established in 2003 as a drug and alcohol service aiming at offering services to the, but not limited, to the wider Muslim community. 

Hayat Line Telephone Call Back Service

Hayat Line is a free mental health and psychosocial referral call-back service designed to provide short-term support for Muslims and clients of culturally diverse backgrounds. This program can extend to case management and outreach support for people experiencing domestic and family violence or sexual abuse.

Australian Muslim Mental Health Conference

Mission of Hope hosted a two-day conference focussing on the application of evidence-based therapies for Mental Health issues for Australian Muslims and culturally diverse communities in Australia.

Australian Muslim Achievement Awards

The AMAAs aim to raise the profile of Australian Muslim individuals and organisations, promoting their  contributions to society, and includes a category for non-muslims and the broader community to acknowledge the rich cross community collaborations and partnerships.

Our Mission

Mission of Hope was founded to establish a culturally, religiously and trauma informed service to the Muslim and other Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities in Sydney. Services include mental health recovery program, drugs and alcohol intervention, support for victims of crime and creative community-based projects.
