What is Hayat Circle

A weekly support program for Muslim men facing addiction, trauma, or mental health challenges.

Delivered at Lakemba Mosque, Hayat Circle combines:

  • Clinical psychological support
  • Islamic spiritual guidance
  • Peer support and accountability

All within a safe, confidential environment.

Who It's For

Muslim men experiencing:

  • Addiction (substance or behavioural)
  • Mental health challenges
  • Trauma or emotional distress
  • Isolation or identity struggles

Open to self-referrals and community referrals.

Our Approach

Built on three pillars:

  • Trauma-informed care – safe, non-judgemental support
  • Clinical expertise – led by psychologists and practitioners
  • Islamic framework – rooted in tawbah, sabr, and accountability
